Lynne Angus
Ph.D., C.Psych., is a Professor of Psychology at
York University in Toronto. She is currently
president-elect of the Society for
Psychotherapy Research and Program Chair for the 41st International
SPR conference to be held in Asilomar
California in 2010. Her
psychotherapy research interests include understanding the contributions
of narrative and emotion processes to
treatment outcomes. She has
authored/coauthored forty research articles and three books over the
course of her academic career. Lynne's
most recent book, Working with
Narrative and Emotion Processes in Emotion-Focussed
Therapy,
is co-authored with Les Greenberg and is scheduled for
publication in 2010. Lynne also
maintains an active part time private
practice in Toronto and is a clinical
supervisor at the York University
Psychology Clinic.
Participants earn 3 continuing education (C.E.) credits
through Division 32
(Society for Humanistic Psychology).
Division 32 is approved by the American
Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for
psychologists. Division 32 maintains responsibility for this
program and its contents.
