The Constructivist Psychology Network (CPN)
is a network of persons interested in constructivist approaches to
psychology, relationships, and human change processes. It is largely
comprised of psychologists, but there are also members from related
disciplines. Those interested in personal constructivism or related
areas of constructivist, constructionist, narrative, or postmodern
approaches to psychology are encouraged to join. CPN officially became a
non-profit organization in July 2005.

Known as the North American Personal
Construct Network (NAPCN) until 2004, CPN was formed in 1984 with the purpose of
providing a forum for those interested in George Kelly's personal
construct psychology. The organization holds
biennial conferences in North
America. It also coordinates with the
European Personal Construct Association (EPCA) and the
Australasian Personal Construct
Group (APCG) in organizing biennial
international personal
construct psychology congresses. Over the years, the organization's
focus has broadened to include not just personal construct psychology,
but all constructivist approaches to psychology, relationships, and
human change processes.
